Dr. Gilly Regev is a proven entrepreneur and CEO with a track record of building, scaling, and commercializing data-driven healthcare companies in complex, regulated environments. She holds a Ph.D. in analytical and bioanalytical chemistry from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and brings deep expertise in translating data and science into real-world impact.
Prior to BridgeWell, Dr. Regev held leadership roles at Bovicor and co-founded SaNOtize in 2017, where she led product development, clinical trials, IP creation, regulatory strategy, and global commercialization. As CEO of SaNOtize, she raised over $45M, guided products through regulatory approval, and scaled manufacturing and distribution internationally.
Her leadership has been recognized with the YWCA Women of Distinction Award for Entrepreneur and Innovator of the Year (2021) and inclusion among the Top 25 Women Leaders in Biotechnology by The Healthcare Technology Report (2022).
