- Send marketing communications about BridgeWell products, events, and educational resources, where you have consented or where permitted by law
- Conduct B2B outreach to schools, districts, health organizations, and other prospective customers

- Identify organizations visiting our Website to support our sales and marketing efforts

8. How Long We Keep Information
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. In general:
- Demo and inquiry data: retained as long as the prospect relationship remains active. If there is no engagement for 36 months, the record is archived or deleted, unless we are required to keep it longer.
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe, then minimal suppression-list data is retained to honor your opt-out.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months.
- Career applications: up to 12 months after the role is filled, unless we agree otherwise with you.

10. Marketing Communications
If you are a Canadian resident, our commercial electronic messages comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). If you are an Australian resident, our marketing complies with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
You may unsubscribe from any marketing email through the unsubscribe link in the message, reply STOP to any SMS, or contact privacy@tickithealth.com.
SMS communications
If you provide your mobile phone number to us through our website forms, you are providing express written consent to receive text messages from BridgeWell by Tickit Health Ltd. for marketing and administrative purposes.
Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message “STOP,” we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for assistance.
Rates. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us or to us from you. Message frequency varies.
Consent and sharing. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
11. Children's Privacy
Our marketing Website is intended for school administrators, educators, clinicians, and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this Website. Information collected from students or families through Care Check and Care Hub is governed by our Services Privacy Policy and the data processing agreement between BridgeWell and your school or district.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use strong passwords and protect your own access credentials.
If a privacy breach occurs that creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and applicable regulators in accordance with PIPEDA, the Australian Notifiable Data Breaches scheme, and US state breach notification laws.
HIPAA Covered Entities. When BridgeWell handles Protected Health Information (PHI) on behalf of a HIPAA Covered Entity, BridgeWell acts as a Business Associate. We will enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with the Covered Entity before any PHI is exchanged. To request a BAA, contact privacy@tickithealth.com.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the Website or by email.
