For providers

When a student asks for help, we make sure they find you

The BridgeWell Care Hub puts your practice in front of families the moment a student says they need support. That moment is rare. We built a system around it.

Most students who ask for help still don't get it

BridgeWell gives every student a private way to say they need support. When they do, their family receives a personalized message from the school staff that guides them directly to the Care Hub. To providers who can actually help.

How families reach you

A direct path, not a pamphlet in a hallway

01
UNIVERSAL SCREENING

A student raises their hand

During a BridgeWell screening, a student privately signals they need support. For many, this is the first time they've told anyone.

02
Direct contact with the family

Their family is guided to the Care Hub

A personalized message goes out via the school's own communication channels. The family arrives knowing their child needs help and ready to find someone.

03
Care Hub

They find you

The Care Hub surfaces in-person and telehealth providers matched to their insurance, language, and needs. You decide whether to take the case.

Pricing
Free for schools

Schools pay nothing to use BridgeWell, universal screening is free to them. The Care Hub is funded by provider sponsorships.

Pricing is based on the number of students screened in your target deployments. No complex models, no per-patient calculations.

Frequently asked

Is this a referral fee?

No. Sponsorship is a marketing fee — it covers placement and visibility across the screening experience, parent communications, and the Care Hub. It is not contingent on referrals or patient starts, and is structured to comply with anti-kickback statutes including Medicaid requirements.

Do I have to accept every family who contacts me?

No. You manage your own intake. BridgeWell connects families to providers who match their needs — what happens after that is between you and them.

How many other providers will appear alongside me?

The Care Hub is intentionally small — typically five to six providers per deployment, chosen to avoid overlap. Families see a short, curated list, not a directory of hundreds.

What about confidentiality?

Your relationship with the family is yours. BridgeWell knows a family visited the Care Hub. We never see what happens after first contact — no clinical notes, no session details, nothing.

What does it cost?

Pricing is based on the number of students screened in your target deployments. No complex models, no per-patient math. We cover it in the discovery call.

These students are asking for help. Be there when they do.

A 30-minute discovery call covers what Care Hub sponsorship looks like in practice, which deployments fit your geography, and whether the model works for you.
